We are blessed to have found Allan Cook Properties During a very difficult time in our lives. I lost my mother and she left us with 2 homes with mortgages on them. It has only been 5 months and thanks to Allan Cook Properties both homes are gone already! They sold one, we closed, listed the other one a month later after repairs and just finished it as well. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us when we had NO clue where to turn or what we were doing. They contacted all of the contractors, roofers, inspectors, and anyone else that was needed along the way for us. They even scheduled the appointments and went to them for me!! I did not know about Allan Cook Properties when I decided to sell my home. They had business with my son in the past. When they looked at the property and gave me an idea of what the property was worth I was AMAZED! I never thought it would sell for that much.
